Corrado Rojac and Illaria Nardi have written a book on the music of Giuseppe Greggiati, a clergyman and musician who wrote not only original pieces for the accordion from 1839 onwards but also a “method” outlining how the instrument should be played.

Two concerts for David Vaughan with Romano Viazzani on accordion and Daniel Broncano on Clarinet. Firstly as a trio 2nd October 2015 – Oliver’s Jazz Bar, then Greenwich, London; then as a larger quintet ensemble, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist David Vaughan adds Tom Hewins on double bass and tuba, and Jason Reeve on drums into the mix at the OSO Arts Centre Barnes, London on the 6th November 2015.
Fine Arts Quartet with Friedrich Lips on accordion – King’s Place, London, 22nd November 2015. An opportunity to hear the famous Fine Arts String Quartet, one of America’s best loved quartets, in mid-period Haydn and Schubert’s great ‘Death & the Maiden’ quartet from the 1820s. In between, the accordion virtuoso Friedrich Lips joins the quartet to perform a quintet by Russian composer Efrem Podgaits, written in 2002.

As part of GAC’s ongoing Anniversary Celebration Year, they are absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to present Gianluca Campi at the club, this month. He has been referred to as the “Paganini of the Accordion”. He wins the acclaim of critics and audiences at his performances and presents a wide repertory of music.
London’s top cabaret venues often play host to this marvellous cabaret double act but now Joanna Strand and Jacqui Tate will perform together in New York on 16th September 2015 at 54 Below. Ms Strand has played New York as a soloist many times before of course and she will be backed by musicians Romano Viazzani on accordion, John Bailey on Piano, Jason Reeve on Drums and Steve Doyle on Double Bass.
