The accordion-friendly arts festival

The 2025 Syllabus for the Sevenoaks Three Arts Festival is now available and entries can be made using the on-line entry system, all to be found on the website www.sevenoaksthreeartsfestival.co.uk.

The Festival will take place over 4 days in June – 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st June, and the Festival Concert will be  held on Sunday 28 June. Entries are now open and can be made to 25th April 2025.

The Festival provides a wonderful opportunity to perform before professional adjudicators. It includes classes for all abilities in Speech and Drama, Piano, Vocal including choirs, Woodwind, Strings including Orchestras & Ensembles and Accordions.

The accordion section always draws good support, from soloists and duettists to accordion orchestras and ensembles. There are many categories so it is possible to enter several different ones if one chooses and level varies from beginners to advanced. This year’s guest adjudicator is Edward Hession.

Please support this friendly local arts festival.  It is one of the very few, if perhaps the only one which affords the same level of respect for the accordion as other instruments.
