I had the enormous pleasure a few years ago of having a sneaky play of the Liturgical Accordion at the Stradella Accordion Museum. Even in its then unrestored condition it made an impression on me and I would have loved to have spent some time on it. I'm happy to say that this historic accordion has now been restored by Beltrami of Stradella. See the article below for its fascinating story. Another master class at the Royal Academy of music this month which should especially be of interesto accordion teachers. Matti Rantanen wil be visiting professor this time. Joanna Strand and Jacqui Tate are back with Romano Viazzani on accordion and all the ensemble at The Pheasantry this month for the London Festival of Cabaret. Watch out for two performance by the Duo Bayanello too. Don't forget our CDs by Simone Zanchini and Maurizio Minardi whom we wish well with their respective new accordions!

Claudio Beltrami restores the Dallapé Liturgical Accordion
Claudio Beltrami restores the Dallapé Liturgical Accordion. It’s the stuff of legend and where legends are involved there is always a mystery involved. The Dallapé Liturgical accordion or “La Liturgica” belonging to Stradella Accordion Museum has just been restored by Claudio Beltrami of Beltrami Accordions, Stradella.
