It's not quite April as I write this newsletter but the April showers and the March wind are very much in evidence in London today. Still, Easter is here and that means only a few days left till you can start eating chocolate again for those of you who gave it up. I sincerely hope nobody gave up playing accordion or listening to music or supporting accordionists in whichever way you can at a venue near you. This month you would do well do come along to come and support me!...but actually hear the wonderful singer/songwriter and pianist SILVIA OLARI with whom I will be playing along with YARON STAVI on bass and JOEL PRIME on Drums at Brasserie Toulouse Lautrec on April 18th (not 19th as I mistakenly said in the last newsletter) which I know you will enjoy. This month's historical article features NANDO MONICA and a double length CD of his wonderful playing which ZZ Music is now stocking. Talking of History don't miss the article on Scotland's ANTIQUE ACCORDION MUSEUM and lastly if you missed last month's newsletter check out the new CD by two hliarious London-based accordionists calling themselves The Squeezy Cheesers. Many of our CDs have samples you can listen to. Happy Easter
