Accordionist Mike Guy and Coloriage release new album – Open Skies

Great playing and full of joy
Australian-born Mike Guy has formed an exciting new quartet with which to grace the London jazz scene, Guy has written all the pieces on this wonderfully uplifting album entitles Open Skies and takes inspiration from gypsy jazz, musette waltz and Latin-American music. He glides authentically through the styles that inspire him and his band accompany him tightly, with huge ability and imagination and Guy’s accordion sounds beautifully mellow throughout.
