DESCRIPTION

The ultimate Classical Piano accordion.  This accordion aims to give a piano accordionist the same range as a button accordionist through it’s reed sets. A fabulous 120 bass double cassotto classical free bass instrument with extended keyboard to 45 keys (Also available in a 47 key compact version).  5 sets of right-hand reeds and 6 in the left-hand. The right-hand reed footages are 32’+16′ both in cassotto and 8’+8’+4′ out of cassotto.  This gives this piano accordion the same right-hand reed range as a full-size classical button accordion.  (from Eb or E1 in the 32′ register to C8 or C#8 in the piccolo register). Customers may opt to have an 8′ set of reeds in cassotto rather than the 32′ set if they prefer. 120 left-hand buttons of which 58 buttons convert to free bass across 3 sets of reeds. 5 chin couplers. Perfect for more advanced students attending conservatoire and for professionals who want an extended keyboard and everything a 5-treble-voiced piano instrument can offer. Hand made reeds.  The arrangement of the left-hand reeds are optional.  The customer may decide whether they wish it to be equipped with 8’+8’+2′ or with 8’+4’+2′ reeds footages.

One particular timbre advantage this instrument has over all other accordions piano or button is the ability to couple up reeds three octaves apart.  Some quite amazingly unique sounds can be had from registers which for example might include 32′ lower bassoon reeds and 4′ piccolo reeds and any combination in between.
